About the Company

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sheet metal assembler who can weld and enjoys working outdoors!

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will work on a range of exciting projects – from renovations to new constructions. We mainly work with:

Sheet and panel covering
Facade work such as window sills and facade trims
Finishing work on roofs with waterproofing or roof tiles, as well as installation of gutters and downspouts
Roof safety, including installation of roof ladders, walkways, and snow guards
Service work for regular roof maintenance and extending the roof's lifespan

Start: Immediately or by agreement
Working hours: Weekdays 7 AM - 4 PM
Work locations: Vary but are mainly along the western coast of Skåne.

Your Background/Your Qualities

For this position, we are looking for someone with a background in the sheet metal industry or the construction sector. You must have a driver's license and a car (requirement), be self-sufficient but also enjoy working in a team, and have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in sheet metal work and carpentry is advantageous but not a must. If you can also weld, that is a big plus!

The company is a family business with 30 years of experience in sheet metal and steel constructions, primarily focusing on industrial buildings with steel frames and sheet metal as well as sandwich elements. The company also undertakes smaller sheet metal contracts for villas and properties.

Working hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM. The office is located outside Landskrona, but clients are spread throughout Skåne and Halland. You will work from home.

Your employment will start with a fixed-term contract at Wikan Personal with the aim of transitioning to the client.
